Having come to Phoenix and rented out from a kind individual who helped shaped his career, Daniel wished to share and return the favor of those that helped him room in Phoenix while he got his feet on the ground. Daniel knew how difficult it was to find a place to stay while knowing he could be moved anywhere on a short notice for his job, he was fortunate to find a landlord who was flexible and made it simple for a room. Understanding how difficult it was to find a room, he wished to help others that fell in the same position. He soon after became a landlord alongside Mimi meeting his Fiancee who shared the same dream. They now manage multiple properties throughout the valley.

Having understood how stressful it was to find a room and the importance of flexibility, we strive to provide a wonderful, simple, and safe environment for all of those in search of rooming.
We provide rooms for rent with the flexibility of month to month, from short term to long term stays with all utilities included. We manage and maintain our properties so you only have to worry about your tasks while we handle to the rest of the living situations!
