Each house is equipped with keyless entries and smart features including security system installed inside and outside of each home. security cameras, alarm system, and smart door locks for entry and each bedrooms are installed. A smart thermostat always keeps the house cool, all homes are equipped with fire and smoke detectors, water leak detectors alongside notifications to the landlord if something were to arise. Smart robot vacuums clean the area daily to maintain a wonderful environment.

All Applicants are background checked to ensure safety among everyone who moves into a room. This provides comfort and peace of mind know that your neighbors past, present or future are clear of any ill histories.

Whether your stay is short term or long term, we welcome all guests! We do month to month with proration of the first month. We make it friendly on the budget allowing you to save money while staying in an affordable home. 

No need to worry about splitting the bill. All utilities are included so you only have to pay a flat-fee monthly. This removes the hassle of any surprise payments.

Water, gas, electricity, unlimited fast speed internet are all provided alongside many appliances.

Whether it be your bedroom or common areas. The house is furnished with necessities for living.

As mentioned- Water, electricity, gas, internet are all included along with all basic appliances such as microwave, laundry washer and dryer, stove, and refrigerator and dishwasher. Each common area living room has TVs and sofas for comfort.

Bedrooms are also furnished (can also be unfurnished) with a bed, desk, and lights.

Kitchens are furnished with pans and cookware and silverwares and eating utensils with the common rule of everyone cleaning after they are finished with the kitchen. Some houses will have multiple refrigerators due to number of roommates.

As your landlord, We strive to make your stay pleasant and resolve any issues quickly in a timely manner. Whether it be an issue with the food disposal or problems with the internet, we are always responsive. The landlord always responds with receipt of payments as well to ensure payment is always noted or friendly reminders for payment that will be due.
