Tinted windows for privacy. All bedrooms equipped with smart locks. Room is 10 x 10 with a shared bathroom among the roommates. A few minutes from Mira Mesa village shopping center and Miramar college. You'll be sharing the house with 2 other roommates and the homeowner.

Month to month rent with a request for a 30 day notice to leave. All utilities included (water, electricity, unlimited wifi, kitchen and kitchen amenities, washer/dryer). Deposit is one months rent due at move in, fully refundable upon satisfactory move out. Street parking only with plenty in the neighborhood.

Kitchen amenities include new dish and silverware, microwave, Keurig, hot water dispenser, water filter, air fryer and more available for use.

Monthly rent $1100. No pets please. No shoes in the house please. Prefer non-smoker.

Landlord reserves the right to make adjustments and changes for future terms and contracts. Liability of General terms are listed in the description of the home and any additional terms that arise are further discussed with the landlord. Agreement Not to Sue: Roommate agrees, on behalf of itself and on behalf of its Related Parties not to sue, commence, voluntarily aid in any way, prosecute or cause to be commenced or prosecuted against the other Party or its Related Parties any action, suit or other proceeding concerning the Released Claims, in this jurisdiction or any other. The Landlord reserves the Right to Enter Rental Property in the case of safety concerns or emergency. Hereinafter known as the "Property".
